Toddler Approved Stocking Stuffers

The Holiday's are right around the corner, and it's time to start checking those gifts off your list. To help with that, I compiled a list of my favorite stocking stuffer gift ideas for toddlers. All you need to do is pick from the list, add to cart, and wrap.

How easy does that sound? Hopefully, it's super easy!

For my family, we do stockings on St. Nicks, which is December 6th. We don't do them on Christmas. So with that being said, we have this tradition we do every year, of buying matching pajamas and a new Christmas book for the family. These items are normally too big to go in the stocking, but it's a fun thing we like to do so the kids can wear their pajamas all month long, and we can read the book more than once.

I just love traditions around the holidays and making my own and adjusting old ones to fit my family. There are no set rules on how you celebrate the holidays, and I hope this list of gift ideas is helpful.

$5 and under Affordable Stocking Stuffers for Toddlers

$5 and Under - Don't miss these affordable stocking stuffers

  1. Temporary Christmas Tattoos

  2. Small Nerf Gun - (my 2 year old needed help with this, but my 4 year was a pro)

  3. Surprise Plush Toys - Before you click the link. I would encourage you to check these out at your local Target, Walmart, or Walgreens. They'll be cheaper. 🥰

  4. Hotwheels - Everyone loves hotwheels! You're going to want to pick these up from your local store as they should be less than $2.00.

  5. Stickers and More Stickers - Every kid loves stickers, just watch where they put them.

  6. Festive Character Wood Craft Kit - I love these color kits, though sometimes you need your own markers.

  7. Christmas Socks - such a fun and warm gift for your kiddo.

Bundle and Save!

  1. Card Holders - Those little hands have such a hard time holding all those uno cards.

  2. Silicone Shark Sensory Chew Necklaces - These were great to stop my boys from chewing on their shirts and things.

  3. Small Flashlights - These are an excellent toy for the kids and just nice to have around the house.

  4. Pop Fidget Balls - My 9-month-old even likes these, though she teeth on them. lol

  5. Mini Animals in a Tube - Use your judgment here! These are small, and if your toddler is on the younger side there will be a NO! But my 4-year-old loves them. (also, these fit great in easter eggs 😉)

Affordable stocking stuffers for toddlers

Over $5 But So Worth It

  1. DC Action Figures - what little kid doesn't love Batman

  2. Barbie Doll - Uh, of course!

  3. Play-Doh - You can never have enough play-doh and this set comes in a the perfect shape for stockings!

  4. Hat and Gloves - You're going to buy them anyway, so why not

  5. Doodle Board - I love these for on the go, at church, out to dinner & practicing drawing & writing.

  6. Hot Cooco Mug - These are a little pricy but worth it. You get their name on it, and its metal, so they can't break it. They are also small and light.

  7. Sun Catcher Paint Kit - A fun craft and something they can maybe regift to others.

That's it; these are some of my favorite stocking stuffers for toddlers. I hope you were able to find a few items that your kids will love and at the very least, I hope you found inspiration in what to get your kids.

I hope you found these lists helpful and that they alleviated some stress that comes up around the holiday season. I pray your holidays are filled with blessings, joy, and wonder.
