Let It Be Easy: Simple Ways to Stop Stressing & Start Living By Susie Moore
Let it be easy by susie moore

Like the title states, these are truly some simple ways to decrease your stress. I also found this book to be a quick and easy read, as most of her chapters are only two pages long. Talk about a win if you're trying to read with kids at home!

Susie takes our everyday problems and simplifies them in ways that we don't always think about.

I reference this book all the time, its my number one! As Melissa takes a no nonsense approach to comparing ourselves to the other people we see online and she brings to light things we don't always release we are doing with our social media scrolling. 

So if you find yourselves comparing, envying or stressed out when you see other women post wins online then you need to 'add to cart' asap!
